Are you an online bridal store only? Do you have any store in my area?
Our dresses are exclusively available online at Edimulo bridal. We currently do not have any retail stores. However, we provide detailed descriptions and personalized support to help you make the right choice.

Do you offer a made-to-order service, allowing me to personalize your existing bridal collection?
We usually do not recommend our customers to make any change to the dress, since it might change the original design of the dress, and it may not turn out to your satisfaction. However, we are open to making slight alterations like style and length of sleeves, lining, and dress length for you, to perfectly reflect or create your vision.
Do you offer a custom-size option for your dresses?
Custom sizing helps to ensure a perfect fit by tailoring your choice dress from our existing collection to your unique measurements, eliminating the need for major alterations. Although minor adjustments may still be needed for the best results, your dress is crafted based on some basic specific measurements like bust, waist, hips, height, dress length, arm circumference, sleeve length, and bra cup size for a dress that is as unique as you.
Do you offer Custom-designed services?
How far in advance should I order a dress before the wedding?
Delivery of your dress from payment date to arrival at your doorstep takes about 10-15 weeks depending on the style. If you need a gown sooner, please email us and we will check to see what we have in stock for immediate delivery!
Can I change the size or color for my dresses after payment?
Changes can be made to your order before tailoring starts. If you want to change the size or the color of your dress, please contact us through email at your earliest convenience. Once the tailoring of the dress starts, changes to the color or size of the dress can no longer be made.
How to measure myself and how to choose a size?
Please follow our measuring guide link to make sure that your measurements are taken correctly.
Where can you ship to?
We ship worldwide. And we would contact you if we could not ship to your address. Please remember to leave valid contact information when placing your order and make sure it is reachable.
How much is the shipping cost?
Shipping fee will be firstly calculated based on the weight of your parcel. Then, it will vary according to your destinations. If you would like to know the shipping cost, add the item you desire to cart and proceed to checkout. When you are able to select shipping method before you check out, you could see the exact shipping cost from us to your country. If you don’t know how to do it, please consult our customer service team for your reference.Â
How long does it take to ship?
We have two shipping options available online as below:
Expedited Shipping- Delivery times are between 3-5 days to all major destinations. (only shipping time)
Standard Shipping- Delivery times are between 6-8 days to all major destinations. (only shipping time)Â
What payment methods do you currently accept?
We accept every mode of payment from Credit Card to Debit Card or PayPal.
Why didn’t the payment go through?
If the payment did not go through, the possible reason could be that your bank has declined the transaction. Please you can contact your bank to authorize this transaction.
Where can I get the tracking information?
Tracking number will be provided in the confirmation email sent by us shortly after the parcel is dispatched.
How can I check my order status?
We will send emails to update the status of your order. If you do not get those emails, please contact our customer service to check your order status, we would be happy to assist you.
