Return Policy

POLICY STATEMENT

Edimulo Bridal offers a 14-day return policy. If your order is eligible for the 14-day return policy, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for return, please keep in mind that all returned items must

  • have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
  • not be worn, washed or altered and must be free of stains, pet hair, floor debris and pin marks. Gowns not returned in original condition will be refused.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS:
  1. Customized or personalized orders.
  2. All custom size items are final sale.
  3. Sketches and swatches.
  4. There is no refund for rush fees.
  5. Items damaged or soiled when in the buyer’s possession.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR MERCHANDISE

Within 14 days

  1. email us at [email protected] to notify us of your return. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
  2. Ship the packaged item at your nearest UPS, USPS or FedEx location, and take note of your tracking number. Edimulo Bridal will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
    All return expenses will be covered by you. We advise keeping your postage receipt as we are not liable for any items lost in transit. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
REFUNDS

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you. You will receive a full refund for the item value, excluding delivery costs unless the order is canceled before it has been shipped. All refunds will be made back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14-21 days for the refund to be process and visible in your bank
account.

EXCHANGES

Return the first gown for a full refund excluding the delivery cost and once the return is accepted, kindly proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item (a new size or style).

ORDER CANCELLATION

1. Custom Size & Customized Items orders cannot be canceled once transferred to production

2. Ready-to-Ship Items If the ready-to-ship dress or skirt has been shipped. In this case, you will need to initiate a refund or an exchange process.

DAMAGES

It can be upsetting for our brides when a dress they’ve ordered is damaged or blemished. If so, kindly notify our customer service as soon as you receive your package if it’s defective, damaged, or if you’ve been sent the wrong item, so we can assess and resolve the situation.

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items like custom dresses such as Made-to-Measure or Made-to-Order purchases cannot be returned. Kindly reach out to us if you have questions or concerns about your custom order.

CONVERTIBLE DRESSES RETURN POLICY

Our convertible 2-in-1 dresses are sold as a complete set and are priced accordingly. Since these gowns are a one-piece product, they cannot be returned partially. If you choose to return either the skirt or the dress separately, the remaining piece will be charged at full price. The return will be processed based on this condition. Please ensure you review your purchase carefully, as we cannot accept partial returns for these items.

REPRESENTATION OF DRESSES ON THE WEBSITE

Each dress is unique and hand-sewn, therefore, there may be some slight variations from what is shown on the website. Additionally, the dress color may vary depending on the fabric batch.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import/export taxes that may apply.
